We may remove content, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at our discretion.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of content you post (photos, videos, marketplace listings, comments, etc.). By posting, you grant NotiSky a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content as necessary to operate the Service (e.g. showing it in feeds, notifications, and shares). You're responsible for having the rights to anything you upload.

5. Marketplace

The Marketplace lets users list and buy items directly from each other. NotiSky is not a party to the transaction between buyer and seller — we don't guarantee the condition, legality, or delivery of listed items. Disputes are between the buyer and seller; contact us at [email protected] if you need help escalating a serious issue (fraud, prohibited items).

6. Wallet, Coins & Withdrawals

Coins earned through ad views or in-app activity have no cash value except through the withdrawal process, which is subject to a minimum threshold and processing time disclosed in the app. We reserve the right to review withdrawal requests for fraud before processing. Coin balances and transaction history are available in your Wallet.

7. Verification Badge

Requesting a verification badge requires submitting a government-issued ID or passport for review. Approval is at our discretion and is not a guarantee of identity for any legal or financial purpose beyond the badge itself.

8. Calls, Groups & Live Features

Voice/video calls, group chats, and live/watch-party features are provided to help you connect with others; NotiSky is not responsible for the content or conduct of other participants during these sessions, beyond our standard content-moderation and reporting tools.

9. Intellectual Property

The NotiSky name, logo, and app design are the property of [Your Company / Legal Entity Name]. You may not use them without our written permission.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account for violating these Terms, at our discretion, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation.

11. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, [Your Company / Legal Entity Name] is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including transactions conducted through the Marketplace or funds processed through the Wallet.
